You can revoke future Meta access immediately and request deletion of information retained by ZS Proces. You do not need to provide your Facebook password or access token.
1. Disconnect the Meta integration
- Open Facebook and go to Settings & privacy, then Settings.
- Open Business Integrations.
- Find the integration associated with ZS Proces.
- Select Remove and confirm the permissions you want revoked.
Revoking access stops new API access but does not automatically remove information already retained for an authorized task.
2. Send a deletion request
Email [email protected] with the subject Data deletion request. Include the email used to contact or authorize ZS Proces, the relevant Meta Business, Page or Ad Account name or ID, and a short description of what should be deleted.
Never email your password, full access token, payment-card data or identity document unless we specifically explain why verification is necessary.
3. What happens next
We will acknowledge the request and may ask for limited information to confirm control of the relevant account. After validation, applicable data is removed from active systems without undue delay, normally within 30 days. Secured backups may take up to 90 days to cycle out.
