These Terms govern access to the ZS Proces website and any automation made available through ZS Proces, including authorized use of Hermes Agent with Meta products.
1. Operator and current status
ZS Proces is currently an independently operated project based in Croatia and is not yet a registered company. Questions may be sent to [email protected].
2. Service description
ZS Proces provides or tests practical automation for digital marketing and business operations. Features may retrieve information, prepare analyses, generate recommendations, or perform actions within a connected account and may be experimental, changed, limited or discontinued.
3. Eligibility and authority
You may use the service only for a legitimate business or professional purpose, with authority to connect the relevant accounts and assets, and in compliance with applicable laws and platform rules.
4. Connected services and Meta
The service may connect to third-party platforms such as Meta, Hostinger, Cloudflare and an AI model provider. Their own terms and policies also apply. ZS Proces is independent and is not endorsed by Meta, Facebook or Instagram.
5. Account access and security
You must protect credentials, approve only intended access, and promptly revoke access you no longer need. Do not send passwords or full access tokens through unsecured channels.
6. Your responsibilities
You remain responsible for campaign objectives, audiences, budgets, publishing decisions, the legality and accuracy of content, required disclosures and compliance with Meta Advertising Standards.
7. Automation and human oversight
AI and automated systems can produce incomplete or unexpected results. Review material recommendations and actions before relying on them, particularly those involving publication, access or spending.
8. Acceptable use
You must not use the service to access data without authorization, break laws or platform rules, evade security controls, create prohibited advertising, or collect personal data without a lawful basis.
9. Intellectual property
You retain ownership of content you provide. ZS Proces retains rights in its website, workflows, documentation and original materials, excluding third-party materials and your content.
10. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains personal-data processing. Disconnection and deletion instructions are available on the Data Deletion page.
11. Availability and performance
We do not promise uninterrupted operation or particular advertising approval, lead volume, revenue, return on ad spend or other commercial results.
12. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ZS Proces is not liable for indirect loss, lost profits, lost data, platform restrictions, rejected advertisements or decisions made from unreviewed automated output.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or limits mandatory consumer rights.
14. Suspension and termination
You may stop using the service and revoke connected permissions at any time. We may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary to address security risk, unlawful activity, platform violations, misuse or legal obligations.
15. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Croatia, subject to applicable European Union law. Courts in Croatia will have jurisdiction unless mandatory law gives you the right to bring a claim elsewhere.
16. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms as the service, providers or legal entity changes. The effective date will be revised, and material changes will be communicated where required.
